Role & Scope of Service
The Commission Representative (“Representative”) acts as an intermediary who receives inquiries from clients and relays them to participating artists (“Artists”).The Representative does not produce artwork and does not guarantee artistic outcomes. All creative decisions, pricing, timelines, and final deliverables are determined by the Artist unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Communication & Workflow
The Representative assists with:
• Receiving commission inquiries
• Relaying information between Clients and Artists
• Supporting communication and clarification
• Assisting in negotiation and revision discussions when neededFinal approval of artwork, revisions, and delivery remains under the Artist’s authority.

Payments
• All payments for commissions are conducted exclusively via PayPal unless otherwise stated and agreed in writing.
• Payments must be sent using PayPal Goods & Services to ensure transaction records and protection for all parties.
• The payment recipient (Artist or Representative) will be specified prior to confirmation of each commission.
• Any PayPal transaction fees are the responsibility of the paying party unless agreed otherwise.• Payments sent via PayPal Friends & Family will not be accepted and may be refunded.

Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, considering:
• Work progress
• Time already invested
• Circumstances of cancellationIn the event of delays, miscommunication, or failure to deliver, the Representative will participate in resolving the issue and may share responsibility in compensation where appropriate, depending on the situation.

Revisions & Disputes
If dissatisfaction arises:
• All parties agree to communicate respectfully and attempt resolution through discussion first
• The Representative will assist in negotiation and clarification
• Excessive revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees

Limitations of Responsibility
The Representative is not solely responsible for:
• Artistic style or subjective satisfaction
• Third-party platform issues
• Force majeure or unforeseen circumstancesResponsibility is shared fairly among involved parties based on actual involvement.

Respect & Conduct
Harassment, abuse, or bad-faith behavior toward the Artist or Representative may result in service refusal or termination.

Amendments
These Terms may be updated as needed. Ongoing commissions will follow the version agreed upon at the time of confirmation.
